Create an ambient environment, lighting candles and incense, and of course, remaining mindful of the fire safety aspects in your environement, while doing so. Take time to create this space, creating a safe and  comfortable cocoon, that will support you in sitting upright to receive. You may also want to create a small altar space with flowers and objects of spiritual importance to you, this is not necessary, but we invite to follow the calling if it resonates. Place a  covered glass of water and a small dish to serve yourself the chocolate into.
