The role of Cacao
Cacao has been honoured within ancient Mesoamerican traditions for thousands of years. Its botanical name, Theobroma Cacao, means “Food of the Gods.”
Unlike hallucinogenic plant medicines, cacao is gentle and heart-opening. It increases blood flow, supports emotional softening and enhances presence without overwhelming the nervous system.
It does not take you away from yourself. It brings you closer.
The Ceremonial Architecture
Each ceremony is intentionally structed as an energetic constellation. We have come to deeply understand and appreciate that the mandala which forms through the collection of participants for a given ceremony always carries its own unique essence, and we honour it as such. Each participant is held in prayer with loving intention upon our our home altar in the days leading into the ceremony, allowing inspirational guidance to flow through our meditations for the ceremony.
At the centre sits a sacred grid, one of the orginal frequency cloths crafted through my own lived healing and channelled wisdom. These grids while beautiful to look at, are not decorative in purpose. They stabilise the field. They act as mirrors for what is ready to be seen, integrated and reclaimed.
Within this architecture we weave in multiple elements; intentional field-setting, somatic and nervous system attunement, archetypal exploration, vocal transmission and sound, guided inner journey, shared integration.. Intentional setting is approached as an act of sovereignty. Not asking from lack, but choosing from alignment and then remaining open to receive the flow of healing, guidance and clarity in its myriad of ways. This work is subtle, deep and transformative.
Archetypal Theme
Participants do not come to be fixed. They come to rememeber, to reclaim their own power, to unlock deeper layers of their own wisdom and to awaken the great healer within , all while being held in a safe, loving, sacred space.
In ceremonies we often explore various themes of sovereignty and self-worth, returning home to the body, integrating shadows, seasonal thresholds and cyclical rebirth. We explore spiritual beings and deities not as devotional worship to an external power, but as devotional embodiment to awaken inner power and intuitive wisdom.
The Experience
Our live ceremonies are immersive and intimate. You will be welcomed into a careffully curated environment where sound, scent, texture and visual frequency are harmonised.
For our online ceremonies, we encourage each participant to create their own sacred space, creating from love and joy as an act of self-care.
The atmosphere of each ceremony is infused with mantra, subtle soundscapes and sacred plant resins. The field is held with discrtion and care. Gatherings are intentionally limited to preserve depth and integrity.
Although my role is the face of the ceremonial facilitation, behind the scenes, and alongside me, Ash supports the technical and environmental grounding of the space, allowing the ceremonial field to remain both elevated and embodied.
