chakric voyage - a 14 week online course
A 14-week journey through the body, one centre at a time
Chakric Voyage is an intimate 14-week journey through the seven chakras, with two weeks dedicated to each energy centre. This is a space to slow down, listen deeply, and explore the body as a living landscape of awareness, memory, emotion, and wisdom. Rather than rushing towards change, we create space for what is ready to be seen, felt, softened, released, and integrated.
Our chakras provide a dashboard through which we can navigate our life, in a self-aware, embodied and conscious way. Connecting with our chakras allow us to connect to a deeper wisdom within the body. When the mind, body and soul begin to work in unified harmony, you discover the magnificence that lies inherently within you, the magic of YOU...allowing you to harness your true power and live life in a more empowered, conscious way.
Working in a group container you will have the opportunity to learn from each other, while enjoying the safety and comfort of walking with like-minded individuals, each taking a personal inner journey alongside you. The course structure is made up of a combination of elements:
- online work done in your own time and pace
- a fortnightly call as we begin our journey with each chakra
- two online ceremonies, marking the opening and the closing of the 14 week journey
- throughout the 14 weeks, there will be support available via a group Whatsapp where we can share experiences, teachings and learnings
